Thank you for visiting the Tualatin High School Band & Orchestra website! The instrumental program at TuHS has experienced tremendous success and growth over the past years and this fall will offer six instrumental music classes to over 300 students. In addition to three concert bands, two orchestras and jazz bands which all meet during the school day, our students also get the opportunity to play in pep band, marching band, the pit orchestra (for TuHS annual musical) and our symphony orchestra.
The various groups are involved in 50+ events throughout the year (see our calendar) and compete at multiple music festivals. Our top orchestra, band and symphony orchestra groups have been recognized as some of the top ensembles in the state and regularly qualify for the state band and orchestra championships. The Tualatin High School Marching Band marches in the Portland Rose Festival Grand Floral Parade and has taken home multiple awards. Our pep band performs during home regular season football and basketball games and travels to help root for TuHS during playoff games, go Wolves!
